Our ideal candidate brings over five years of experience coordinating or producing for technical engineering teams, including those focused on tooling, engine, or platform development. A deep understanding of Agile delivery practices and expert-level proficiency in JIRA are essential for success in this role. You should be adept at capacity planning, managing milestones and dependencies, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with modern game and real-time development concepts, such as Unreal Engine and developer tooling, is highly valued, and exposure to AI/ML projects is a plus.

Technical Producer - Summary- Support highly technical teams by driving execution, alignment, and visibility across complex workstreams.

- Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating or producing for technical engineering teams (tooling, engine, platform, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices and expert-level proficiency with JIRA.
- Proven ability to manage project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and capacity planning in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical fluency with modern game or real-time development concepts; familiarity with Unreal Engine and developer tooling preferred.
