Technical Curriculum Developer - Summary
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training materials for security operations platform users.
- Leverage multiple media types, including written, video, and interactive eLearning formats.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Create a diverse range of learning materials such as documentation, video tutorials, interactive modules, and job aids for self-service and instructor-led learning environments.
- Author clear and concise chapter narratives and develop real-world examples and guided lab exercises.
- Design and implement assessments that accurately measure learner skills, knowledge, and abilities.
- Integrate graphics, templates, icons, and multimedia elements into instructional content.
- Participate in cross-departmental education development projects and provide thought leadership to stakeholders.
- Consult with sponsors and partners to influence best practices in curriculum development.
- Utilize eLearning authoring and design tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Rise, SnagIt, Camtasia, and ScreenFlow.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in education curriculum and content development, with a strong foundation in instructional design principles.
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing education development projects.
- Demonstrated ability to provide consultative guidance and thought leadership to stakeholders and sponsors.
- Proficiency in integrating graphics, templates, icons, and multimedia throughout the instructional design process.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Expertise in eLearning technologies, including authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Rise, and design/development tools like SnagIt, Camtasia, and ScreenFlow.
