Technical Business Analyst - Summary

- Coordinate and track progress of project tasks, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation and presentations to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
- Lead and support system testing initiatives, including UAT, integration, and functional testing, to validate business solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify system or process issues and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity focused on systems, processes, and requirements analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to identify system and business process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and document findings effectively.
- Strong background in supporting system testing activities, including UAT, integration testing, and functional testing.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey both technical and business information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (preferred), or equivalent practical experience in SDLC and stakeholder engagement.
