Technical Analyst – CAPPS Summary

- Proven experience in technical support and consulting within large-scale public sector environments, especially government agencies.
- Extensive hands-on experience with CPA application systems, particularly CAPPS.
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic roadmaps and perform complex technical planning.
