Technical Analyst – CAPPS Summary- Provides advanced technical consulting for the CAPPS program.
- Supports the design, development, and testing lifecycle of HR/Payroll systems.
- Ensures compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) for all digital content.
- Collaborates with stakeholders across multiple agencies.
- Oversees technical and functional design walkthroughs, system analysis, and performance assessments.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for CAPPS application systems in the public sector.
- Perform senior-level consultative and technical services for the CAPPS program, focusing on system design, implementation, and compliance.
- Ensure HR/Payroll system requirements, procedures, and testing are in line with established standards and lifecycle processes.
