Tax Manager (CPA, EA) - Summary
- Lead and manage the comprehensive tax operations of an enterprise-level organization.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure accuracy and compliance in all tax matters.
- Deliver strategic tax planning and guidance to leadership, particularly in response to regulatory changes and organizational initiatives.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff, supporting their professional growth and performance.
- Review tax-related documentation, including journal entries, reconciliations, and filings, for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with gaming and prize-related tax requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Manage outsourced sales and use tax processes, ensuring adherence to applicable state regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or EA (Enrolled Agent) certification required.
- Five to eight years of progressive experience in tax accounting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and mentor team members.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
