- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA designation required, or JD/active law license
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate tax
- In-depth knowledge of ASC 470 and other relevant accounting standards

- Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills
- Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
