IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Systems Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading the deployment of a Talent Acquisition Tech stack to streamline systems and improve recruiter workflows within the HR and recruiting industry. The position offers the chance to work on impactful projects in a dynamic environment.
Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Systems Project Manager:
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of Talent Acquisition systems, including Workday and related platforms.
- Drive the design and delivery of a streamlined HR and recruiting technology landscape.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise platforms.
- Support smaller Workday-related initiatives as needed.
Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Systems Project Manager:
- 8+ years of project management experience in IT, preferably within HCM systems or ERP implementations.
- Solid understanding of HR and recruiting principles, as well as enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA/Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, Workday.
- Experience with AI, Phenom or Paradox preferred.
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
