Talent Acquisition Specialist – Property Management Summary
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for property management leadership and onsite roles.
- Acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and job requirements.
- Leverages advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technology to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensures a seamless candidate experience and efficient onboarding process.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for key property management roles, including Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, and onsite staff.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to fully understand and align on talent needs and role qualifications.
- Screen, assess, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for various property management positions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networking.
- Coordinate with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions concurrently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure best-in-class hiring outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume, multi-site property management or real estate settings.
- Demonstrated success managing 40+ open requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (Paycor preferred).
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers and organizational leadership.
- Outstanding organizational abilities, capable of effectively prioritizing and managing multiple demands.
