- Prior experience with agency recruiting for construction or corporate roles
- Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Oracle (ORC) or similar platforms
- Proven track record filling high-volume or hard-to-fill positions, such as superintendents and project managers
- Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and niche industry databases
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly experienced in full-cycle recruiting within the construction sector
- Resourceful and proactive in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
