Talent Acquisition Specialist - Summary
- Full-cycle recruitment for construction and corporate positions within the construction industry.
- Focus on staffing for mission-critical infrastructure projects, including Data Center Standup Projects and other high-impact initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department leads to align recruiting strategies with organizational needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, networking, social media, and industry-specific outreach, to attract top talent.
- Ensure accurate applicant tracking and reporting to maintain a seamless hiring process.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles, including project managers, superintendents, engineers, and support staff.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and niche industry databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including both virtual and onsite formats.
- Maintain candidate data within ATS systems such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or similar platforms.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 8-10+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the construction or general contracting industry.
- Prior experience recruiting for construction roles at an agency or with general contractors/subcontractors.
- Expertise with ATS platforms such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or similar systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume and hard-to-fill requisitions.
- Advanced sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and other industry-specific tools.
