Talent Acquisition Specialist - Summary
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for construction and corporate positions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, such as project managers, estimators, engineers, and corporate support staff.
- Partner with departmental leaders to identify staffing needs and set recruitment priorities.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates from diverse talent pools.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system.
- Attend relevant networking events and maintain industry relationships to bolster talent pipelines.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote an inclusive and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 4-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on construction or corporate hiring.
- Prior experience working in a recruitment agency, particularly within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems; Oracle (ORC) experience is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.
- Associate degree or higher required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
