Talent Acquisition Specialist - Summary- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for construction and corporate positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networking.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems efficiently, with a preference for Oracle (ORC) experience.
- Contribute to a close-knit, team-driven work culture.

- Oversee and execute full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, such as project managers, estimators, engineers, and corporate support staff.
- Partner with departmental leaders to identify staffing needs and set recruitment priorities.

- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system.

- 4-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on construction or corporate hiring.
- Prior experience working in a recruitment agency, particularly within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems; Oracle (ORC) experience is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.
- Associate degree or higher required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful and proactive recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition and organizational growth.
- Experience managing diverse candidate pipelines for both construction and corporate positions.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates alike.
