Talent Acquisition Specialist - Summary
- Support high-volume recruiting operations by managing administrative and process-driven tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in HR systems.
- Act as a primary point of contact for recruiting operations, ensuring seamless hiring workflows.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the recruiting team, including job postings and system administration.
- Process, verify, and maintain recruiting and talent-related data with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct routine audits and quality checks across recruiting systems and tools to support compliance and reporting needs.
- Assist with vendor and recruiting tool administration by managing internal requests and maintaining appropriate access for team members.
- Prioritize and manage multiple incoming requests while consistently meeting service expectations.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential information in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, HR operations, or a similar support function.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional partners and deliver high-quality customer support.
- Experience with data audits, reporting, or data quality processes in a recruiting, HR, or operations environment.
