Talent Acquisition Specialist - Summary- Full-cycle recruiting for a global technology manufacturing company
- On-site, direct hire role based at corporate headquarters
- Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Integral contributor to the organization’s talent acquisition and employer branding strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and develop requisition processes
- Establish selection criteria and source candidates through multiple channels, including social platforms and professional networks
- Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Support and implement the global talent acquisition strategy across the organization
- Evaluate candidate information using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Design job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position’s requirements
- Provide salary recommendations as needed
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs for various departments
- Participate in and host career events to promote the company and attract talent

- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a talent acquisition role
- Experience with international recruitment is a plus

- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Proficiency with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition
