Talent Acquisition Specialist Job DescriptionARC Group is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with an established client in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role within a technology manufacturing organization with an international presence, overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process and supporting ongoing talent initiatives. This position is based on-site, allowing you to work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to ensure the organization attracts and retains high-quality candidates.
Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop requisition processes that align with business objectives.
- Establish and implement selection criteria, ensuring that recruitment processes are both thorough and compliant with company standards.
- Source potential candidates through a variety of online channels, including social media platforms, professional networks, and resume databases, to build a pipeline of qualified talent.
- Coordinate and plan interview and selection procedures, which include screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Support and contribute to the development and execution of a global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all hiring initiatives.
- Evaluate candidate information using the organization’s Applicant Tracking System, maintaining accurate records and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Design job descriptions and create interview questions tailored to the requirements of each position, and provide salary recommendations based on market research and internal benchmarks.
- Lead employer branding efforts, promoting the company’s culture and values to attract top talent in the industry.
- Forecast departmental hiring needs on both a quarterly and annual basis, supporting workforce planning and organizational growth.
- Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management or a related field is required for this Talent Acquisition Specialist role.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment capacity.
- International recruitment experience is considered an asset for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position.
- Direct, hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting processes, leveraging a variety of sourcing techniques and evaluation methods.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse candidate pool.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks to maximize candidate sourcing efforts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this Talent Acquisition Specialist position.
