Talent Acquisition Partner - Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers to define specific job requirements and candidate qualifications for open positions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies utilizing various channels, including professional networks, social media, and recruitment platforms.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of applicants to ensure alignment with organizational requirements, culture, and core values.
- Guide both managers and candidates seamlessly through the interview process, ensuring a structured and effective assessment while facilitating a positive candidate experience.
- Support and promote diversity initiatives by engaging in targeted sourcing efforts and advocating for inclusion throughout all stages of the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain accurate and current records in applicant tracking systems and HR software to ensure compliance and streamlined operations.
- Provide ongoing communication and feedback to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration in hiring decisions.
- Utilize influencing and negotiation skills to guide hiring outcomes and secure top talent for the organization.
- Work effectively in a partly remote setting, participating in quarterly travel as required to support recruitment and talent planning initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a full lifecycle Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Advisor, or equivalent recruiting professional.
- Demonstrated proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR management software.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and talent engagement across multiple channels.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach to recruitment.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with occasional travel as needed for business objectives.
