As a subject matter expert in construction recruitment, the Talent Acquisition Manager will build and nurture relationships within the construction talent community, actively engaging passive candidates and expanding industry networks. Talent Acquisition Manager - Summary- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for construction projects and corporate roles.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to construction leadership, aligning hiring strategies with organizational objectives.

- Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on construction, development, or field-based roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing recruitment teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage 30-40+ requisitions simultaneously across multiple regions.
- Experience recruiting for Superintendents, Project Managers, Field Engineers, Estimators, and related roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with executive leadership.
- Proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced construction recruitment environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to drive process improvements and motivate recruitment teams.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
