Talent Acquisition Manager - Summary

- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Present hiring recommendations based on comprehensive candidate evaluation and assessment.
- Implement best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within applicant tracking systems and other recruitment platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience in leadership roles within high-volume and multi-site environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage 40 or more open requisitions concurrently.
- Proven experience partnering effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (preferably Paycor).
- Background in real estate, property management, hospitality, healthcare, or similar service industries preferred.
- Experience recruiting for affordable housing or related sectors is a plus.
