As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TA Coordinator), you will be the backbone of the recruitment process, facilitating communication between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. From scheduling interviews across multiple time zones to assisting in the creation and delivery of offer letters, your support is essential to ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. You will also monitor the onboarding process, ensuring all new hire documentation is completed promptly and accurately, and support new employee orientation programs that help integrate new team members into the organization’s culture. Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TA Coordinator) - Summary
- Support the entire talent acquisition process by coordinating interviews, onboarding activities, and candidate communications.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate and new hire experience by managing logistics and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate all aspects of the hiring process.
- Utilize industry-standard Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors to streamline recruitment workflows.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate onsite and remote interviews with hiring managers and recruiters across multiple time zones.
- Assist in generating and delivering accurate offer letters within expected timeframes, maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
- Monitor and support the onboarding process to ensure all new hire documentation and background checks are completed promptly.
- Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.
- Organize and deliver new hire orientation sessions, including distributing welcome packs and coordinating new hire gifts.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal partners to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist or in a similar role within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
- Demonstrated expertise with SuccessFactors Recruiting Module or comparable Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with employees at all organizational levels, including executives and individual contributors.
