Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Summary
- Serve as a core support for the talent acquisition team by managing candidate interactions, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate interview logistics, agendas, and communication to ensure a positive candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Maintain accurate scheduling and recruiting data, supporting a high-volume and fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Assist with job postings, interview planning, and support the implementation of applicant tracking system (ATS) initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to the talent acquisition team, serving as the primary point of contact for candidate scheduling and inquiries.
- Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews, creating detailed agendas as required to facilitate a smooth process for both candidates and interviewers.
- Ensure all candidates receive clear communication and an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within the applicant tracking system and related databases.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to manage high-volume interview coordination needs.
- Assist with posting job openings on internal and external platforms, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Support the rollout and implementation of new technology solutions, including the ATS, to enhance recruiting processes and candidate tracking.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows by providing feedback and participating in process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years in an administrative or coordinator role with significant scheduling and customer-facing responsibilities.
- At least three years of experience in human resources coordination or a closely related field is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, with demonstrated success managing multiple calendars and coordinating logistics.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong follow-through skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
