IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lehi, UT. This role is an integral part of the Talent and Culture organization focused on fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth within a dynamic industry. The position offers a chance to support the recruitment process through data management and process improvement, creating meaningful impacts for candidates and employees alike.
Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
- Manage requisitions and position data within SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and alignment with workforce planning and organizational needs
- Oversee hiring transactions, including offer review and validation of compensation details, to support timely and compliant hiring processes
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to ensure seamless hiring workflows and data integrity across various systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to requisition workflows, position governance, and data accuracy to enhance operational efficiency
- Serve as a quality control checkpoint by reviewing all hire transactions and identifying trends or errors to recommend process enhancements
Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in Talent acquisition, Human Resources, or Recruiting
- Experience managing job requisitions and position data in SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS/ATS
- Proven ability to support recruiting programs such as internships, high-volume recruiting, or internal mobility
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Experience in position management or headcount governance, as well as data auditing and supporting high-volume or multi-location hiring environments
