Tableau Developer - Summary- Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Works with business users and IT teams to gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytics solutions.
- Integrates and validates data from multiple enterprise systems and databases.
- Develops workflow metrics, KPIs, scorecards, and performance-monitoring dashboards.
- Supports ongoing enhancements, maintenance activities, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and interactive visualizations for enterprise-level reporting.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to translate them into technical solutions using Tableau.
- Integrate data from various sources and ensure data quality and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Develop and monitor workflow metrics, KPIs, and performance scorecards to support business decision-making.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Tableau dashboards and business intelligence systems.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud, including dashboard design, data modeling, calculations, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience with relational databases and advanced SQL querying for data extraction and transformation.
- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for business intelligence and analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of data visualization best practices, KPI development, and business intelligence reporting standards.
- Demonstrates expertise in Tableau development and business intelligence practices.
