Systems Engineer - Summary- Manage and support enterprise infrastructure, including compute, storage, identity, virtualization, backup, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure operational excellence and reliability.
- Focus on system administration and troubleshooting for Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor, support, and maintain enterprise infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Provision, configure, and administer Windows and/or Linux systems.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or IT operations within an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration, including troubleshooting and performing health checks.
- Familiarity with core identity and network services such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Exposure to virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and basic understanding of cloud concepts and backup/recovery practices.
- Experience using scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Proven ability to produce clear operational documentation.
