- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational and system alignment
- Contribute to solution design, development, and implementation initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive system and process documentation
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for eligibility and enrollment systems
- Facilitate system design discussions and contribute to solution definition
- Partner with business users, technical staff, QA teams, and project leadership for system enhancements and new implementations
- Support all phases of the SDLC, including development, testing, and deployment
- Create and maintain detailed process flows, functional documentation, requirements artifacts, and additional project documentation
- Ensure system changes comply with business objectives and regulatory standards
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues as they arise
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
