Systems Analyst - Summary
- Lead advanced support and troubleshooting for critical enterprise systems, including Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Windows operating environments.
- Drive and execute migration, upgrade, and consolidation projects for Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
- Automate IT processes using Powershell scripting and Group Policy for enhanced system efficiency.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of cloud-based services such as Azure AD and ADFS; AWS experience is considered a plus.
- Work closely with third-party vendors and contribute to the creation of comprehensive technical documentation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft-based enterprise systems, ensuring optimal uptime and performance.
- Lead migration, upgrade, and consolidation initiatives for Active Directory environments to support business continuity and system integrity.
- Utilize Powershell and Group Policy to automate processes, streamline workflows, and enhance IT service delivery.
- Administer and support Office 365, Azure Active Directory, ADFS, and related cloud-based services.
- Optional: Contribute to AWS infrastructure management and integration.
- Develop and maintain clear, detailed technical documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to implement robust IT solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience with a proven track record in Microsoft technologies such as Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on industry experience managing Microsoft enterprise environments, including Windows Client and Infrastructure.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrade, migration, or consolidation projects.
- 2+ years of Office/Microsoft 365 administration, including mailbox migration and user management.
- Experience with ADFS, Azure Active Directory, and other cloud SSO providers; AWS infrastructure experience is beneficial but not required.
- Strong scripting skills using Powershell and experience with Group Policy configuration.
- Proficient in developing technical documentation and collaborating with vendors.
