IDR is seeking a Systems Administrator to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves managing the full device lifecycle, providing end-user support across hardware and applications, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, and evaluating technology solutions to meet organizational needs.
Position Overview for the Systems Administrator:
- Manage full device lifecycle, including deployment, security, maintenance, and operational support
- Provide end-user and system support across hardware, applications, and devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across network, server, cloud, and application environments
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions aligned to business and clinical needs
- Develop technical documentation, training materials, and support procedures
Requirements for the Systems Administrator:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering within enterprise Microsoft environments (healthcare preferred)
- Strong experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM and/or Intune, Enterprise networking (wired/wireless)
- PowerShell experience preferred
- Knowledge of device technologies, troubleshooting, and endpoint management

Compensation Range: $40 - $46/hr. W2
