Systems Administrator - Summary
The Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration and support of enterprise applications, including user provisioning, system upgrades, environment maintenance, and technical troubleshooting. This role requires a deep understanding of system integration, cloud-based platforms, and application management, with a focus on ensuring optimal performance and reliability of business-critical tools. The Systems Administrator will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, document processes, and drive continuous improvement across multiple platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for a suite of enterprise applications, such as OneStream, Qlik, Power BI, and others, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage user provisioning and access controls, addressing user-related issues and requests promptly.
- Support the integration of platforms including Snowflake, Matillion, Alteryx, and SAP connectors, ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity.
- Execute system upgrades, apply patches, monitor system health, and troubleshoot issues across multiple environments to maintain system integrity and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, document technical processes, and support system enhancements and upgrades.
- Engage in application management tasks, including environment copy/refresh activities and ongoing environment maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver solutions and provide guidance as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience supporting enterprise applications such as OneStream or comparable platforms.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, REST API, and cloud-based technology stacks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage application management tasks, including copy/refresh and environment maintenance.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management capabilities with minimal supervision required.
