Surgical Technologist (CST) - Summary- Full-time surgical technologist role in the operating room

- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Previous experience as a surgical technologist or OR scrub tech required
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to work a consistent mid-shift schedule
- Willingness and ability to participate in mandatory on-call and call-back rotations
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and sterile technique
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to infection control and patient safety
- Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills in high-pressure environments
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate the needs of the surgical team
