- Prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile environments for a variety of procedures.

- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent military training is required.
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist from the Association of Surgical Technologists or the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED, homeschool equivalency, or post-secondary education).
- Experience with robotic-assisted surgery, particularly the Da Vinci Xi platform, is preferred.
- One year of experience is preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered and are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrates strong technical proficiency and attention to detail in the operating room.
- Possesses knowledge of advanced surgical robotics and technology.
