Supply Chain Systems Manager - Summary
- Responsible for overseeing the operation and strategic direction of supply chain information systems, including MMIS and ERP platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise the operation, maintenance, and future roadmap for the Materials Management Information System (MMIS) and related applications.

- Lead the change management process for system enhancements and upgrades, involving IT and supply chain stakeholders as needed.
- Guide staff in executing master file maintenance, report generation, and process improvements within supply chain systems.
- Develop and monitor project timelines for system implementations and enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within all supply chain information systems.
- Generate and analyze reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing hospital supply chain information systems or 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft MMIS and GHX platforms is required.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead multiple initiatives and develop detailed implementation plans.
- Demonstrated experience in staff leadership, team development, and performance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and materials management ERP systems.
