- Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, for data analysis and reporting.
- Support the execution of replenishment models and statistical forecasting methods to optimize inventory levels and supply chain efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work collaboratively to implement actionable plans that enhance planning accuracy and operational performance.
- Report on key performance metrics and provide detailed variance analysis to inform business stakeholders and guide decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in sales operations or supply and demand planning roles, preferably within CPG, retail, or pharmaceutical environments.
