Supply Chain Coordinator – Entertainment Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for coordinating the collection of assets required for all physical music releases, ensuring completeness and accuracy for preorder and launch schedules
- Manage supply chain workflows to guarantee timely distribution and product availability across retail and distribution channels
- Work with internal teams, including production, marketing, and inventory, to streamline catalog reorder procedures and resolve logistical challenges
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all physical release assets, catalog numbers, and distribution timelines
- Support administrative and operational activities related to product releases, such as data entry, documentation, and report generation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency in physical product management and supply chain operations
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during the release or reorder process

Qualifications & Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in physical supply chain management preferred
- Experience in the music industry preferred
- Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills
