Supply Chain Analyst - Summary
- The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing demand and supply planning processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the supply forecast.
- This role involves working collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to streamline operations and support business objectives within the CPG industry.
- Key functions include analyzing data, developing forecasts, and implementing process improvements in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage demand and supply planning processes in accordance with industry best practices and organizational procedures.
- Collaborate with customers, factories, global supply chain teams, marketing, sales, and operations to enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to prepare detailed supply and demand forecasts.
- Utilize ERP systems, particularly Oracle, to track and manage supply chain operations efficiently.
- Apply advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, to manipulate and interpret large datasets for decision-making.
- Support logistics, supply planning, and inventory management activities to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize disruptions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous enhancement of supply chain practices.
- Prepare and present analytical reports to management and cross-functional teams to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales operations planning and demand planning within the supply chain sector.
- Proven background in logistics, supply planning, and inventory management.
- Extensive experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Experience working in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
