Supply Chain Analyst - Summary
- Full-time position focused on supporting supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Reports directly to the Supply Chain Transformation Lead.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Supply Chain Transformation Lead in executing all phases of supply chain projects.
- Support the integration of ERP systems and ensure data integrity across supply chain processes.
- Drive improvements in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, customer master data, logistics, and planning functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and knowledge transfer.
- Participate in the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud or similar ticketing systems.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively recommend solutions.
- Document requirements, processes, and workflows to support ongoing business transformation.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience in supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems, with preference for Oracle platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain functions, including O2C, logistics, planning, and customer service.
- Background in supporting cross-functional projects in regulated environments (pharma, healthcare, or similar).
- Experience working in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar ticketing systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
