The Supply Chain Analyst is a key position within the healthcare industry, responsible for driving data-driven decision-making to optimize sourcing, cost management, and data quality. This full-time role is focused on supporting enterprise-level supply chain initiatives, particularly as they relate to sourcing, reporting, and master data management. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will utilize advanced analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to provide reporting and insights that drive sourcing and cost-reduction strategies. You will be instrumental in managing master data, ensuring its accuracy and compliance, and preparing item master data in anticipation of the Workday ERP rollout. Collaboration with sourcing, data governance, and ERP implementation teams is central to the role, as you work to enhance data quality and deliver actionable business insights. In addition to analytics and data management, you will also develop and maintain dashboards and models to measure sourcing effectiveness and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
The position also involves providing training and creating documentation to standardize data and reporting practices across the organization. This ensures consistency in data management and reporting and supports the organization's broader goals of operational excellence and technology transformation. The successful candidate will possess strong experience with ERP systems, particularly Lawson, and exposure to Workday is considered a plus. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and the ability to analyze large datasets, is essential. Experience with Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable, as is demonstrated expertise in supply chain analytics, data modeling, and cost analysis.
Understanding of master data management, including data cleansing and validation processes, is required. Excellent communication skills are necessary to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
