Student Information System Trainer (SIS Trainer) - Summary
- Deliver professional training and support for the Frontline Student Information System (SIS) platform to K-12 school stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead end-user training sessions for administrators, school staff, and other personnel on Frontline SIS platform functionalities.
- Support SIS-related initiatives across eight defined projects, ensuring consistent project progress and stakeholder engagement.
- Assist clients with SIS system configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting to enhance the user experience and system reliability.
- Translate complex system workflows into practical, accessible steps for non-technical users, enabling widespread adoption of SIS tools.
- Collaborate with client teams to identify needs and customize training materials for maximum impact and usability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SIS platform updates and industry best practices to deliver current and relevant training content.
