Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering required.
- 5–10 years of structural engineering experience, preferably with exposure to commercial, residential, and specialty projects.
- Proficiency in designing structural systems using concrete, steel, wood, masonry, and/or cold-formed steel.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles, including familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Preferred: Master of Science in Structural Engineering, Professional Engineer (PE) license, experience with structural engineering software (such as RISA-3D and ETABS), and prior involvement in site inspections and construction administration.
