As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will execute complex RFX events—such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs)—and lead strategic contract negotiations to ensure optimal vendor relationships. Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute and manage complex RFX events, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, within the marketing procurement space.
- Lead strategic contract negotiations and draft agreements to optimize vendor performance and relationships.
- Oversee marketing-specific vendor categories, ensuring procurement efforts align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including finance, business, and marketing divisions, to understand needs and deliver tailored sourcing solutions.
- Influence and engage with C-suite stakeholders to secure support and alignment on sourcing strategies and decisions.
- Identify and implement cost-saving strategies, supporting organizational investments in innovative procurement solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum seven years of progressive experience in supply chain or strategic sourcing roles.
- Demonstrated experience executing complex RFX events (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs), especially within marketing procurement.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence C-suite or executive stakeholders.
- Extensive experience managing marketing sourcing categories and optimizing vendor management processes.
