IDR is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Email Marketing (Bilingual Spanish) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role is with a dynamic organization within the digital marketing industry, focusing on engaging audiences through targeted email and SMS campaigns. Position Overview for the Sr. Specialist, Email Marketing (Bilingual Spanish):

• Coordinate with email and cross-functional teams to plan, create, deploy, and optimize email campaigns.
• Write, edit, and proofread Spanish and bilingual email and SMS content ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency.
• Build and deploy campaigns using marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Analyze campaign metrics to identify areas for performance improvements and conduct A/B testing on bilingual content.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align messaging with overall strategy and business objectives.

Requirements for the Sr. Specialist, Email Marketing (Bilingual Spanish):

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, deploy, and manage emails and campaigns.
• Ability to create and proof Spanish and bilingual content tailored to target audiences.
• Proficiency in Photoshop for creating email images and visual content.
• Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, A/B testing methodologies, and compliance standards in email marketing.
