Senior HRIS Analyst (HCM) - Summary

- Manage system troubleshooting, integrations, and coordinate with IT for interface design and ongoing monitoring.
- Deliver advanced reporting and analytics, supporting data governance and compliance practices.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to facilitate cross-functional projects and ensure successful implementation of HRIS enhancements.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity within all HRIS modules and reporting outputs.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems utilizing programming, mathematical, or technical principles.
- Proven experience in reading and writing SQL, Visual Basic, and PeopleCode.
- Comprehensive understanding of information system capabilities, trends, HR data, reporting, and system configuration.
