Spray Technician - Summary- Responsible for performing resurfacing and coating work using rollers, brushes, and sprayers.
- Manage job sites independently, ensuring projects meet company quality and efficiency standards.
- Utilize strong communication and decision-making skills to solve challenges on-site.
- Support teammates as needed to complete projects effectively and on schedule.
- Maintain professionalism and represent company standards in every client interaction.
- Execute resurfacing and coating applications using a variety of tools, including rollers, brushes, and sprayers.
- Oversee assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all work adheres to established quality guidelines.
- Assess job site conditions and make informed decisions to address challenges and uphold safety protocols.
- Maintain a steady work pace during physically demanding tasks, including extended shifts and lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
- Assist team members with complex or labor-intensive projects, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members throughout each project.

- Previous experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, or painting with rollers, brushes, or sprayers is preferred but not required.
