Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients presenting with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding strategies to support communication and swallowing goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment outcomes.

- Travel to assigned facilities or patient sites as required by the position.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active state Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Valid driver’s license with photo identification.
- Updated resume and signed attestation form.
- Completed skills checklist and documentation of relevant clinical competencies.
- Certificate of liability insurance as required by the agency.
