Aspire Educational Services is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team, providing essential speech-language therapy services within a school-based setting. As a key member of the school community, the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will collaborate with educators and families to ensure students receive comprehensive support tailored to their individual needs.

Working as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will be responsible for delivering both individual and small-group speech-language therapy to students on your assigned caseload. You will conduct formal and informal evaluations and re-evaluations to determine each student's unique needs and progress. In addition, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring alignment with school policies and best practices in speech-language pathology.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will work collaboratively with both general and special education teachers, helping to integrate communication goals across the curriculum and throughout the school day. Active participation in multidisciplinary team meetings and family conferences is an essential part of this role. By sharing insights and progress updates, you will foster a supportive and inclusive environment for every student on your caseload.

This position requires a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and a valid or eligible state-issued school SLP certification. Preferred candidates will have experience working with school-aged children presenting with a variety of communication disorders, including but not limited to articulation, language, fluency, voice, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
