Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Summary
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to school-aged students
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for students on caseload
- Develop, implement, and maintain IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication goals
- Participate in team meetings and family conferences to discuss student progress
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group speech and language therapy sessions
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
- Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Develop and monitor IEPs aligned with student needs and educational goals
- Consult with teachers to integrate communication strategies into classroom instruction
- Engage with families to support student progress and address concerns
- Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and school functions as required

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state school SLP certification or eligibility for certification
- Experience working with school-aged children with a variety of communication disorders preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and evidence-based practice
