You will develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans that are tailored to each student's unique needs while ensuring compliance with district and state regulations. Your collaborative skills will be put to use as you participate in IEP meetings, share insights with multidisciplinary teams, and offer consultation to teachers and school staff to empower them to better support students in the classroom.

- Focus on developing and supporting student communication skills to promote academic and social success
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, staff, and families
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address students’ communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams
- Consult with teachers, school staff, and families to optimize student support and communication development
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Arizona SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCCs) or eligibility; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
- Preferred: Previous school-based experience
