Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Summary- Full-time opportunity supporting students in a school-based setting
- Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders
- Collaboration with educational teams to develop and implement individualized strategies

- Conduct thorough speech-language assessments and prepare detailed evaluation reports
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Develop, implement, and monitor progress on individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to design classroom strategies that support students’ communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with school and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary team discussions

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Texas state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP); CCC-SLP certification strongly preferred
