Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Summary
- Full-time, school-based position supporting students’ communication needs
- Deliver speech and language therapy services within an educational setting

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy for students with varying communication challenges
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Participate actively in ARD/IEP meetings, contributing expertise to create effective student programs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals for integrated student support
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and legal standards
- Provide support in both individual and small-group settings to maximize student engagement and outcomes

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Texas SLP license required (SLPA supervision certification accepted where applicable)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Demonstrated strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
