Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Summary- Provide speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Conduct comprehensive language and speech assessments and communicate findings effectively to staff and families.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to support students’ communication needs across various settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and staff training sessions.
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions in alignment with students' IEPs.
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments to determine students’ needs and progress.
- Prepare detailed reports and share evaluation results with educational teams and families.
- Work with teachers to integrate effective communication strategies into classroom instruction.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and school district policies regarding speech-language pathology services.
