In this full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) role, you will deliver evidence-based therapy for students with articulation, language, and fluency challenges. You will perform comprehensive assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings is integral to the position, where you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for each student. Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Summary
- Provide therapy services for students with a range of speech, language, and fluency needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual student needs

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions addressing articulation, expressive/receptive language, and fluency disorders
- Complete thorough speech and language evaluations and summarize findings in comprehensive reports
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student's needs
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations for student success
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student achievement
- Monitor, document, and communicate student progress on an ongoing basis
- Maintain compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Demonstrated knowledge of current best practices in speech and language therapy
