Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services based on student IEPs
- Perform comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and ongoing screenings of students
- Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to implement effective intervention strategies
- Engage and consult with families regarding student progress and strategies for support at home
- Document student progress, maintain service logs, and complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in speech-language pathology

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
- Current Texas state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
