Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate communication strategies in the classroom
- Support classroom management and facilitate positive behavior interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on student services and progress
