Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students with identified needs
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to inform intervention planning
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) related to communication goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, special educators, and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Support classroom teachers through training and consultation to implement effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports
- Communicate regularly with families to share progress and provide strategies for at-home support
- Stay current with best practices, research, and continuing education in speech-language pathology

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current and valid New Hampshire Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- New Hampshire Department of Education certification
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse student populations
